Unlock additional characters by satisfying the corresponding requirements, as indicated below.

• Smoker - Clear the game using Luffy
• Nico Robin - Clear the game using Vivi
• Tajiri - Clear the game using Zoro
• Wapol - Clear the game using Nami or Chopper
• Mr. 3 - Clear the game using Ussop
• Mr. 2 - Clear the game using Sanji
• Mr. 0 Crocodile - Clear the game two times using Luffy
• Buggy - Clear the game two times using Smocker
• Alvida - Clear the game two times using Tajiri
• Kuro - Clear the game two times using Wapol
• Arlong - Clear the game two times using Mr. 0 Crocodile
• Don Krieg - Clear the game two times using Mr. 3
• Pandaman - Clear the game two times using Mr. 2
• Karuu - Clear the game in Normal mode using Luffy or Vivi
• Shanks and Mihawk - Clear the game with Buggy, Alvida, Kuro, Don Krieg, Arlong and Pandaman, then with Luffy and Zoro
• Ace - Clear the game ten times or more with all characters, then play with Smoker and clear the game in Hard mode
